Hi,

the plan is to add CTK as an optional dependency to MITK soon, so we can 
start using components from CTK, e.g. the DCMTK/DICOM stuff, widgets or 
at some point the plugin framework. For this integration we will 
probably rework a few things in the MITK build system as well (similar 
to CTK) to make it easier to set up a development environment with all 
the libs.
