Hi Stefan, you are right, this is connected to the recent change of pixel origins. We noticed this issue in the segmentation bundle and are currently working on it (see bug #4948). The patch attached to the bug should solve your problem.

In these volumes I want to segment some anatomical structures. I'm having trouble segmenting the structures in the slices with the segmentation plugins segmentation lasso mask tool. When using the lasso on an slice one of the neighboring slices is added to the segmentation. Did we do something wrong with the geometry of image, or is this a big rising from the recent change of voxel midpoint origins? I have added one of the failing volumes to this email. My configuration is: current MITK svn version VTK 4.62 ITK 3.18 QT 4 Win7 x64 Has anyone experiencenced any similar problems with the segmentation tool?
