Hi, does it now work for you? There's a reported bug: http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5862 I would be glad if it is fixed. But so far the mitk::LookupTable won't work for me either. If you're interested I can send you a workaround with VTK and ITK.
