It was my mistake, I also wanted to convert a module to CTK, but that is not
needed.
Now the application runs, but my views and perspective are not shown in the
menu, probably I made some mistake in the activator class.

Is it normal that there are just 4 perspectives and 13 views? Before the
switch to CTK there were much more. Only these are converted for now?
