Hi,
this was for Linux. With Visual Studio, you would open the
MITK-superbuild.sln solution and right-click on the "MITK" project and
do "Project Only -> Rebuild Only..."

If I need a fresh MITK build, I usually just clean the MITK-build
directory in MITK-superbuild/ and do a "make MITK -j50" in
MITK-superbuild. Rebuilding all external projects would not add
any value.
Any way I can perform the same in a cmake + VS2010 windows setup?
Where would I pass the "MITK -j50" parameter?
