Dear Miklos and MITK-users,

Thank you very much for your offers. The compilation process has just
succeeded with 0 errors.
I'd like to mention that the right versions which have made this happen are:

   1. Git 1.7.6 from 17.7
   2. CMake 2.8.5
   3. Qt 4.7.3


Notes:
* The Boost has to be switched off during the configuration process via
CMake.
* The path of Git.exe has to be added manually in the system's paths.
* The executables CoreApp.exe and ExtApp.exe are in
MITK-superbuild\MITK-build\bin\Debug
