Is anyone working on fixing this compatibility with VS2010? Would be
great to get some rough estimation as otherwise I would need to look for
setting up an alternative build chain.

Miklos already suggested an older MITK snapshot
( f6d7f5352559b8315890584717ed8504b0d258e6 ) but I had not luck with that as
well, as compiling with VS2010 it failed in multiple occasions within CTK.
