I am not really familiar with curved geometries. But I am currently working on
segmentation in rotated planes, so I have some experience with geometries.
Did you check the extent of you ThinPlateSplineGeometry? It seems like there
has something gone wrong with the computation of it.
Did you set the right GeometryFrame and ReferenceGeometry? Are your landmarks
projected correctly?
