There used to be a way to pick from a list of plugins in the superbuild, which 
I was using in our own superbuild to build mitk and enable some plugins.  Is 
there another way to do this aside from applying a patch in the external build 
process?  I didn't want to enable ALL plugins, although I suppose that would be 
better than nothing.

On another topic, QmitkFiberBundleOperationsView.cpp is not compiling because 
on line 458 the lowersize of 9999999999 is too big to fit in a long, at least 
in a 32 bit build.  i'm using g++ 4.1 on Centos 5.
