Hi, that is something I screwed up yesterday. Working on it...

Hi there everyone....

something strange:

I did an update of MITK to hashtag 61c9902, and Im on Scientific Linux 6.1 (sort of Redhat I think).

When I do a compilation with zero options changed apart from specifying CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug and CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX, I get the following:

[ 85%] Performing configure step for 'MITK-Configure'
loading initial cache file /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-build/CMakeExternals/tmp/MITK-Configure/MITK-Configure-cache.cmake -- Found Qt4: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/install/qt/bin/qmake (found suitable version "4.7.4", required is "4.6.0") -- Generated: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-build/MITK-build/Project.xml -- Found Qt4: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/install/qt/bin/qmake (found version "4.7.4") -- Found Qt4: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/install/qt/bin/qmake (found suitable version "4.7.4", required is "4.6.2") -- Generated: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-build/MITK-build/BlueBerry/DGraphInput-alldep-withext.txt CMake Error at /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/build/MITK-build/CMakeExternals/Source/CTK/CMake/ctkMacroValidateBuildOptions.cmake:194 (message): org_blueberry_osgi depends on unknown external targets: CTKPluginFramework

I then go and build CTKPluginFramework manually, and then go to rebuild MITK, and get,
-- Creating CTK plugin org_mitk_gui_qt_ext
-- Creating CTK plugin org_mitk_gui_qt_extapplication
-- Creating CTK plugin org_mitk_gui_qt_datamanager

CMake Error at BlueBerry/CMake/FunctionCreateBlueBerryApplication.cmake:43 (find_package):
Could not find module FindMITK.cmake or a configuration file for package
  MITK.

Adjust CMAKE_MODULE_PATH to find FindMITK.cmake or set MITK_DIR to the
directory containing a CMake configuration file for MITK. The file will
have one of the following names:

    MITKConfig.cmake
    mitk-config.cmake

Call Stack (most recent call first):
Applications/ExtApp/CMakeLists.txt:20 (FunctionCreateBlueBerryApplication)

but then i just type "make" and the second time, the build continues and completes.

Is something amiss?

Thanks

Matt
