Hi Miklos,

sorry for the late answer. If you want to rotate the sagittal view you must use
the SNC of the sagittal render window. In this way the complete slice stack
will be recalculated and reoriented in order to ensure a correct slicing. You
can use the function ReorientSlices of the SNC.

Regards
Andreas

Betreff: [mitk-users] rotating sagittal view with -90 degree

Hi,

I am wondering, if it is possible to rotate the sagittal view of
QmitkStdMultiWidget with -90 degree. For me that would be more
natural, e.g. the blue crosshair lines would be in line with the
transversal view. (Like it is with the green line between the
transversal and coronal view.)

I looked for the place where I can do that, but I have not found which
class is responsible for that. SNC, geometries, VTK renderers, there
are sooo many... :)

Thanks as always,
Miklos
