Hi there, in the default MITK viewer, we have
left mouse click = move position, middle mouse down + move = pan mouse wheel scroll = slice select right mouse down + move = zoom. But what do people do on a Mac, as there is no middle button with which to change camera position? Possibly mapping shift / command key + left mouse + move just for a Mac?
