No, one level below. At the superbuild level there is no MITK_DIR variable
in the CMake cache.

I have two builds:

D:\Walter\src\KMaps-nightly-vs2010-x86
D:\Walter\src\KMaps-vs2010-x86

The first contains an MITK build, and the second also used that. I want to
build MITK inside the second, not to depend on the nightly build.

I completely removed the D:\Walter\src\KMaps-vs2010-x86 directory,
recreated it, configured and started the build, and in the
D:\Walter\src\KMaps-vs2010-x86\KMaps-build\CMakeCache.txt file the
following value appears again:
MITK_DIR:PATH=D:\Walter\src\KMaps-nightly-vs2010-x86\MITK-superbuild\MITK-build
