Hi there,
i just built MITK cdaf95f4cd65d (this morning), and run the segmentation
plugin, and it appears the Paint and Wipe tools do not work.
As I click and drag in the transversal view, the mouse feedback cursor can be
seen as a circle moving, but it appears that there is no painting or wiping to
the underlying image. However, when the mouse is released, the painted contour
becomes visible, and is in the wrong place.
If I try and do the same in the sagittal and coronal view, the mouse feedback
cursor is displayed incorrectly, as it appears like a disc, as if it were a
circle in the transversal plane, and so appears like a single line in both the
sagittal and coronal view.
It looks to me, like the geometry is all wrong.
I thought this might be because my image had direction cosines like:
0 0 -1
1 0 0
0 1 0
but the same happens when i use an image where the geometry is
1 0 0
0 1 0
0 0 1
Please can someone take a look.
