we don't know of any spec files. Currently we're looking at creating 
debian packages, but at low priority. If you have experience with RPM 
building we would be happy to help you.

Another option we have not evaluated is the RPM backend of CPack:

http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake:CPackPackageGenerators#CPack_RPM_generators_specific_settings

I don't think this is comparable to a proper spec file, but it's 
probably better than the tarball, if you would like to have some real 
package.
