Hey Tobias, How are you? For a month now I have been trying to develop something with MITK, but I simply can't. I am probably the guy who sends more emails to the mitk-user list.... I don't really understand the structure of MITK, or these mappers, or how the geometry and slices are saved in memory. Any time I have a small breakthrough it's one more week trying to figuring out how to access the next step...
