merging MITK 2012.12?

I'm on Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition, on 32 bit Win XP Professional
2002, SP2.
Looking back, this compiled with the MITK 2012.09, but since merging MITK
2012.12 into our fork, we are now struggling.
