Dear Amal,
MITK was ported to the iOS and android platform. It's purpose is to fulfill
tasks within workflows of radiology. In this project, the mobile device itself
is used for image processing instead of server side processing. Using offline
viewing, the server and the connection-network is avoided of being the single
point of failure. Therefore a native application for iOS and android was
developed. But this project is closed source and commercially available, have a
look at http://mes.mitk.org for more information.
