Hi,
currently all images are passed on to the external programs in nifti format
(.nii). I tried to set the image type by using the fileExtensions attribute:
<image fileExtensions="nrrd">
This did not have any effect.
What kind of values should fileExtensions get?
Is this the correct attribute to use for setting the file type of the image
passed on to external programs by the command line tool?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
