Hi,
it looks like something went wrong when building the libitkvnl.so
library from ITK. You can try to cd into your ITK-build directory and type
make -B itkvnl
and check if all symbols can be resolved via
ldd -r bin/libitkvnl.so

Me and my collegues spend the whole day, trying to reinstall the MITK,
rebuild the project and more or less doing everything we found
somewhere in the internet to solve this problem, without any success.
Does anyone know how to fix that? Or maybe just a workaround? Would be
greatful for any help.
