Hi all,
I have normalized tensor images from DTI-TK that I want to run Gibbs
tracking on. They are in nii format.
Is there any way I could import them to MITK DIffusion, and run the
tractography?
The problem with using dicoms or dwi volume is that they are in subject's
native space, and I want to run tractography on standard space(MNI), so
that it will be easier for group-wise comparison. I hope my question makes
sense.
