Hi solar, as you have seen the CMake messages below I guess your last question about setting the boost include directory is obsolete? I have a question, too. :-) Why did you get the message? MITK should download, set up and build boost 1.54 automatically. Did you specify an external boost location and is it really necessary? Regardig your latest question: No worries about the message, it just means that the system and thread libraries of boost were already automatically set by our CMake script since they are needed for the modules you activated, e.g. diffusion or simulation stuff.
