Hi Rotislav,

You unfortunately pulled the MITK master in an unstable state. The exact 
same fix as you describe it has been applied to the master branch in the 
meantime.

Your VTK issues are related to changes in VTK6 (they don't provide a 
VTK_LIBRARY_DIRS variable any more). We are looking into that.

If you don't have special needs, please stick with the latest MITK 
release instead of using the master branch to avoid such issues.
