You are right the SDK should be passed correctly to the subprojects. I have
filed a bug for this (http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16776) and I will
take care of this.

The Boost build command has to be adjusted as well.
macosx-version=${CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET}
macosx-version-min=${CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET}
And this would probably go to the configure command:
--sysroot ${CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT}
This needs testing, though.
