Is this section doing anything:

It appears to me that if I build GDCM as part of ITK, then MITK will still
build it’s own GDCM library.
It looks like ITK_GDCM_DIR is never set. Was this working under ITKv3, and not
under ITKv4.
Or did I do something wrong?
