I came across an mitk thread which is quite similar to the problem Im
having.

The code I ve written compiles successfully but the render window does not
display anything(completely dark).
I am having trouble rendering the mitkboundingObject and was wondering if
the solution suggested would work with my issue as well. I dont have much
knoweldge about VTK functionalities and would appreciate the help.
After applying the directions in the mitk thread (in the link above) , I
get error messages like :
error: 'class vtkAppendPolyData' has no member named 'AddInput'
error: 'class vtkPolyData' has no member named 'Update'
Can anybody suggest a way to get around this ?
