Hi, double-click the error message and switch to the output window to see the CMake output for this error which will give you information about the cause of the error. I also recommend to update MSVC at least to version 2010 as MSVC 2008 is no longer a tier 1 platform, see: http://docs.mitk.org/nightly-qt4/SupportedPlatformsPage.html
