I should add some information:

I get the message ".bvals and .bvals files do not exist properly" in the 
terminal while trying to load the file.fslgz. I have already mentioned that I 
changed those files extensions too.

I'm having an issue with the "Import FSL" of the MITK Diffusion.
If I don't change the extensions of the files (although it is suggested to be 
done so) the file.nii.gz is recognized by MITK, but opened as a single 3D 
image, thus I cannot reconstruct the tensors. If I change, however, the 
extensions of the files, once I try to open them, nothing happens. 
The original dicom images were converted from Siemens mosaic to FSL format 
using the "dcm2niigui".

I should mention that I've already been able to obtain a full DTI 
reconstruction from the 42 raw dicom images using the "dtk" program, setting it
