Hi Vahid,
The VolumeDataVtkMapper3D in the Core is deprecated and may not work, see bug
http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19029 .
If you are interested in Raycasting Volumes you should take a look in
Modules/MapperExt.
