Hi Eric,

Thanks for your answer. I realized those first errors were related to the
STL. That's why I built ITK, VTK, tinyxml, GDCM and CppMicroServices
separately with gnustl. I was able to cross compile them as static
libraries (could this be the problem? Do I need them to be dynamic?) Now
I'm trying to build just MITK-Core by adding those libraries and I'm
getting this other error:

CMake Error at Modules/Core/CMakeLists.txt:36 (message):
