I see that it's calling `vtkSetMacro(EdgeVisibility, int);` , first

Hello again,
From what I see with diff this code just addds management
for "material.edgeColor" and "material.edgeVisibility" but for now I
don't get how they are handled.
I've used to build MITK with those changes and they are added to
polygonal model but nothing happens when I turn it on / off.
For ATT... files I'm getting error: `core.io.ioUtil ERROR: No reader
available for 'F:\X\ATT00001'`
But maybe it's because my MITK base is outdated?
