Hi, Yes, unfortunately there are serious problems, which is the only reason why we still have Qt 4 support BTW. With Qt 5, BlueBerry seems to swallow some Qt events on MacOS X resulting in unresponsive GUI for example. We're on it but until it's fixed you must use Qt 4 on MacOS X, sorry.
Regarding your build warnings/errors: We just recently had a commit which is supposed to make MITK/CTK ready for Qt 5.5. If you cannot upgrade to this commit, use Qt 5.4 instead.
