Hi guys, starting from the tutotial step6 I would like to implement a small application which render a threshold segmantation of a loaded image. (From step6 change region grwoing to threshold)
I had a look at mitkBinaryThresholdTool.cpp but I cannot figure out how to do this. Does someone has a suggestion on where to look or how to do it?
