Hi Usman,

this is an outdated information. You can use the manual tools in any slice
orientation.
Originally this was simply not supported, i.e. the tools did simply not
work on angulated slices. It had never an effect on the volume calculation.
It would be great if you could tell me where I can find this outdated
information. I will change that accordingly.

Regarding the saving of the angulation:
Actually the angulation is saved during a session if you use the 3D
interpolation. If you activate the checkbox "Show position nodes" you will
see several nodes attached below the
segmentation image node in the data manager. Clicking on these nodes
switches through the different angulations that you used for manual
delineation.
However this is not stored across application restart.
