Hello Mikhail, unfortunately we do currently not support Qt5 on Mac OS X. For more details please have a look at the following bug: http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18521
We are working on this issue and are confident that it will be resolved within the next MITK release. So for the moment you will have to switch back to Qt 4.8.6 Please note, that OS X "El Capitan" is not yet supported as well.
