Hi Thomas,It did help and i almost thought it would work this time, but after
almost 1 hour of building i got these other error messages.One of them looks

This errror message is the same for GDCM, CTK, CppUnit, Eigen, ITK, Poco, Qwt,
VTK, tinyxml.
And two more error messages:

Your log suggests connectivity issues. Did you set the proxy for CMake as well?
Im not sure what tool / library is used to download the packages, but it might
be sufficient to set the HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environment variables.
