Okay, thank you, that is supposed to work, as we run pretty much identical configurations here. The error "error RC2104: undefined keyword or key name: VS_FFI_FILEFLAGSMASK" indicates that there is an include of Windows.h or similar missing. However, as it works for others, I guess what's missing is the actual header file (or the correct include path), not the include statement. I would recommend to open the VS 2013 installer again and check if the Windows SDK stuff is checked. If the Windows SDK headers are definitely installed (please double check with your file browser), but it is still not working, you can open the GDCM solution (MITK-superbuild/ep/src/GDCM-build), open the properties of the project that fails and check if the correct include paths are set. If you didn't have the headers installed I would recommend a clean superbuild just to ensure to correctly propagate the include paths to all (external) projects.
