Hi Bhavya, I am sorry, the MITK pocket project has never been open source. It is now part of a commercial software mRay (http://mray.info). We never made it open source since we had some hard coded hacks inside the ITK and VTK to make them compile on mobiles in earlier versions. More recent versions of especially VTK incorporate support for mobile platforms as far as I know.
