Recently we were fighting with few serious bugs which are fixed in your master now. For example this one: https://github.com/MITK/MITK/commit/bd13ff07d7ac7bcaec5149264a7cb7396eb81ff8 (Crosshair rendering crash for small reslice rendering windows) We can backport those fixes but according this plan http://mitk.org/wiki/MITK_Release_Cycle <http://mitk.org/wiki/MITK_Release_Cycle>new release should be very soon and it will be easier for us to switch.
