Dear MITK users,
I'm trying to use MITK in my pipeline which
calls several programs using the commandline interface without human
intervention. I've tested MITK-diffusion using the GUI with my phantom's
images and I got really good results for the bi-exponential IVIM model.
I saw that MITK-diffusion has a miniapp called MitkMultishellMethods.exe
but I have not found any information about it but that thrown to command
line.
