Hi Sebastian, we do not recommend to use the current master as we're not finished with the toolkit updates yet. AFAIK VMTK does not yet work with VTK 7. In fact, we're not sure if we will remove VMTK from the superbuild as it isn't really used by any of our modules. But that may change soon. If you're interested in VMTK and MITK, we would be happy to see you contributing a VTK 7 branch to VMTK. :-D
