Hello,
I am trying to access the unaltered DICOM image data from a file loaded
into MITK as a datanode through the data manager. I created a plugin to do
this (using a dynamic cast to an image and then an ImagePixelReadAccesor
then GetPixelByIndex) and found that the data that I am getting doesn't
match the actual data (It seems to be larger by around 1064).
Does anyone know how to simply access the dicom image values from a
datanode without any alteration of the values?
