Hi, MITK has a few shared library dependencies, but if your Linux distribution is not too old (e.g. it has an incompatible libc.so file), there is no reason why it shouldn't run given that all its dependencies are resolvable.
To find the package name, use dnf (or yum on older RedHat based distributions): dnf whatprovides libXNVCtrl* then dnf install libXNVCtrl-352 (if you have that particular package).
