Hi Alex, It is not* possible to save two different images into one NRRD file. If you want to distribute the two together you could save the project into one scene .mitk file (which is basically a zip file).
Best, Caspar * Technically it is possible if you have the same geometry, you could of course create a two timestep image and save the original file in the first timestep and the segmentation in the second one.
