I found an interesting issue. It's probably a bug. If I turn off "Place new nodes on top" for Data Manager, drawing lines don't show up when I use "Add", "Subtract", "Region Growing", etc from the plugin Segmentation. So I guess if a feedback node is added at the bottom of the data manager tree, it doesn't show up. Currently my workaround in this situation is to decrease the opacity of the image then the drawing lines shows up. I'm using MITKWorkbench 2016.03.0 on Ubuntu14.04. Thanks, Hongzhi
