Hi Abdelkhalek,
we need more information. Which version did you end up using? Did you customize
any settings/code, or did you configure it straight from unzipping with default
settings? Are you running a regular superbuild? Take a look at:
http://mitk.org/wiki/BuildErrorHelpQuestions
Check the lines mentioned in the error message to see if you can spot an error
there.
We will probably be able to offer only limited support if you went for the
2014.10 version, as mentioned a lot of the build system has changed since then.
(Which does not mean that the build itself should not work, all the old
libraries are provided.)

Hi Abdelkhalek,
looking back at our documentation, the last MITK release that supported Visual
Studio 2010 was the 2014.10 release[1].
The corresponding project template can be found here[2].
However, just a word of warning, there have been significant changes since, so
updating to a current version or back-porting any bugfixes is going to be quite
a bit of work.
