Hi all, A reinit is forced on the segmented image when we create a new segmentation. I think that most (all?) segmentation tools ignore the affine. As Andreas wrote on the ML: "The segmentation plugin requires the woldgeometry to be aligned to the selected image." Can I know the reasons? Did you try a version without reinit, then concluded you needed one?
In fact, I commented the code that forces a reinit and tested, using the coupled crosshair rotation to fake a big transformation.
