so what is the question? :-) I guess you are mixing something up here, as MITK_USE_QT_WEBENGINE wasn't available before the 19th of August [1], months after the 2016.03 release. And at this point, Qt < 5.6 wouldn't work. In contrast, for the 2016.03 release, Qt >= 5.6 isn't working as stated in the release notes. We highly recommend to stick with the latest release (still 2016.03) instead of using the unstable master branch.
