Hi Zan,
Window -> Preferences -> Data Manager -> Allow changing of parent node
You can then change the hierarchy with drag & drop. You can also save your
image + segmentation as MITK scene/project, which will preserve the hierarchy.

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a way to open an image and its segmentation in
MITK and change hierarchy. For instance in this photo
http://i.imgur.com/At0Ja3P.png the segmented image is not "part" of original as
in this one http://i.imgur.com/MnZnveu.png.
