Dear MITK users, I'm using Fiberfox to regenerate the ISMRM 2015 Fibercup challenge data. It took over 1 hour to get 1% of the k-space generating step done.
I'm wondering what's the approximate total generating time for this data set? Is there any accelerating method or what kind of GPU is applied here? Thank you.
